This spot unexpectedly lifted my mood after a loooooong drive back from a trip to canada. Not only are the chicken nuggets PERFFECTLY crisped and plump, the staff on shift at 9:22pm on Monday evening was SO nice and bright. I don’t typically review McDonald’s lol, but cmon, they decorate for Valentine’s Day! Good pit stop for long road trips north!

Me and my best friend had breakfast there and the food was delicious, I will always love McDonald's breakfast. The lunch is good too, but nothing beats breakfast time.

I had an incredible customer experience this morning that deserves recognition. On my way to Canada, I stopped for breakfast and accidentally left my bag behind—only realizing 30 minutes later, right at the border. Inside were our passports and essential documents. Needless to say, I was panicked. Thankfully, when I called the store, Julie answered and confirmed they had found the bag—and assured me the passports were safe. When I returned, the cashier found Julie immediately, and asked another staff member quickly retrieved the bag while it. Their efficiency and kindness made all the difference. The store was also exceptionally clean, which may have helped them notice the bag so quickly. I’m deeply grateful to the team for their honesty, speed, and care.

Are you sure I am at McDonalds!? This place is awesome. All the tables, floors and bathrooms were clean. Food was great! FRIES WERE HOT! < That!!! LOL We needed a quick stop. Glad it was this one. We even asked to talk to a manager to tell them, “Good job!” Fast food restaurants don’t usually get a reviews and if they do it is not usually good because someone is complaining! We are here to tell you…this was GOOD! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very good customer service. Everyone was super friendly and polite. Typical McDonalds food, but isn't that why you eat at McDonald's? Because everything is standardized. I had the Southwest salad, and my spouse had one of the specialty burgers. Really decent Americano coffee too. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but right off hwy 87 it gets a lot of traffic.

I just want to say after going to a different location in plattsburgh how appreciative I am that the Peru location is so wonderful. I have never had them mess up my order and they are always so kind, helpful and friendly. I usually order via the app and order cheeseburgers with no meat as I am a vegetarian. I want everything but the meat. They do exactly as I ask and just give me it as I customize it. I had to go inside and explain myself at another location and they just didn't understand what I wanted. I had to explain and they redid it twice and I just took it. It was just pickles. I am sticking with Peru!! Thank you you guys are fantastic
